Ingredients: a handful of leeks, 2 coprinus comatus, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 chili peppers, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of soy sauce, some salt, some oil

Detailed production method

1. Prepare the ingredients. Wash the leek sprouts, remove the roots, wash the coprinus comatus, peel the garlic, and wash the chili peppers for later use.

2. Cut the leek into 3-4 cm segments, cut the coprinus comatus into thin strips, and flatten and mince the garlic. Cut the chili pepper into circles as shown in the picture.

3. Pour a little oil into the pot, add the chili rings when the oil is hot, stir-fry until fragrant, then add the chopped garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Put the chopped chicken leg mushroom strips into the pot and stir-fry for 1 minute until soft.

5. Add a spoonful of oyster sauce and a spoonful of light soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

6. Add the chives, stir-fry for half a minute, and add salt to season.

7. Turn off the heat after stir-frying evenly. Add a few drops of sesame oil and stir-fry evenly before serving. The purpose of adding sesame oil is to increase the freshness of the dish and improve the taste.

8. Remove from the pan and place on a plate. Place the fried chili rings on top of the vegetable as decoration. Serve on the table and you can start eating.
