How to make homemade rice wine/laozao

1. Take out the glutinous rice, and when the temperature of the cooked glutinous rice reaches about 40 degrees, sprinkle the sweet wine koji evenly on it.

2. Soak glutinous rice or glutinous rice for half a day in advance, put it in a steamer and steam it for about 15 minutes.

3. Put the mixed glutinous rice in a container, press it slightly, leaving a hole in the middle, pour in a cup of boiled water, and then seal it with plastic wrap.
