How to make Korean potato soup

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Soak the kelp in clean water, wash and set aside.

3. Remove the internal organs of the dried fish and wash them.

4. Heat the pan without adding oil and fry the dried fish for a while to remove the fishy smell.

5. Add kelp and water and cook for 5-8 minutes.

6. Cut the potatoes into pieces and soak them in clean water, cut the onion into shreds, mince the garlic, and cut the green onions into sections.

7. Spread the eggs into egg skin.

8. Then cut into egg shreds and set aside.

9. Boil for 5 minutes and remove the kelp.

10. Let it cool slightly and cut into kelp shreds for later use.

11. Boil for another 3 minutes and remove the dried fish.

12. Add potatoes to the soup and cook for 10 minutes.

13. Add onion, minced garlic and kelp shreds and cook for 3 minutes.

14. Add salt.

15. Add pepper to taste.

16. Finally add the scallion segments.

17. Pour in sesame oil and turn off the heat. Pour into a bowl and add shredded egg.
