How to make Bohua

1. Mix all the ingredients together and cover with plastic wrap. Place in a warm place.

2 Let the dough rise until it doubles in size

3. Divide the dough into small portions according to the size of the mold, knead it, dip it in a little flour, put it into the mold and press it into shape.

4 The formed flowers will be fermented again and slightly swollen, then placed in a preheated 170 degree oven for 12 minutes.

The temperature may be a little higher. 5 Adjust the temperature up and down according to your own oven temperature. It will ferment again in the oven, bulge, and the surface will be slightly colored.
