In this case, the correct way to deal with it is to clean the dirt on the outer surface of the inner pot and the heating plate. After cleaning, test again. If the heating time returns to normal, the fault has been eliminated. In the future, as long as you clean it regularly, similar situations will not occur. What are some tips for steaming rice? 1. Wash the rice in advance: Although washing rice is a simple task, if the rice is not washed properly, it may affect the texture of the rice. Usually, rice should be washed earlier in summer, about half an hour earlier. In winter, it is about two hours earlier. After washing the rice, you cannot put it directly into a sealed container. You should put it in a bamboo container and drain the water. 2. Control the amount of water: the amount of water is closely related to the effect of cooked rice. If you add too much water, the rice may become half-cooked. Therefore, add water according to the amount of rice and the type of rice. If there is more rice, add more water, otherwise, add less water. If it is new rice, the amount of water added should be reduced because rice itself contains more water.
