How to make Korean tuna kimchi soup

We often see food shows on TV and make ourselves envious. Here is how to make Korean tuna kimchi soup. Prepare the ingredients and start making it.

1. First cut the kimchi (Korean spicy vegetable) into small pieces.

2. Then cut 1 onion, 3 red/green pointed peppers, 2 scallions and 1 garlic into small pieces.

3. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to a wok, heat the oil over high heat, add the chopped onions, red/green peppers, scallions, garlic and Korean kimchi and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

4. After stir-frying, add 3 tablespoons of Korean chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and continue stir-frying for 3 minutes.

5. Next, add 1 liter of cold water; cover with lid and simmer for 5 minutes.

6. When the water boils, add 2 cans of tuna. Continue to simmer with the lid on for 2 minutes.

7. While the tofu is simmering, cut it into slices.

8. Pour the cooked soup into a stone pot (or casserole); add chopped tofu and green onions; continue cooking for 5 minutes and it is ready to eat.

9. Korean tuna kimchi soup can be eaten with rice!
