8. First take out the small bowl containing the white sticky cake dough, pinch the dough into 18-gram pieces, press them into thin slices in the palm of your hand, put the red bean paste balls wrapped in strawberries on top, and wrap them again to seal and round them.

9. Finally, roll the Yuanxiao in a layer of cooked corn starch.

10. Cocoa Blueberry Yuanxiao: Press the red bean paste ball into thin slices in the palm of your hand, place the soaked dried blueberries on top, then wrap it tightly and roll it into a round shape.

11. Divide the cocoa dough into small pieces of 18 grams each, press them into thin round slices in the palm of your hand, place the blueberry bean paste balls on them, and wrap them up.

12. Then roll the cocoa blueberry Yuanxiao in a layer of cocoa powder. The method of making Matcha Mango Yuanxiao is the same as these two.
