Fish head shrimp tofu soup recipe

2. Cut the tofu into pieces and set aside; slice the ginger

6. After boiling, cook on medium-low heat for about 15 minutes

7. Throw the tofu in, bring to a boil and cook for another 10 minutes (tofu is not afraid of being boiled)

8. Then add shrimp and cilantro and cook for about 5 minutes

9. Finally, season with a little sugar, white pepper, and appropriate amount of salt.
