How to cook braised rice

There are many ways to eat, but you must eat some healthy food. To be healthy, you need to cook it yourself. The braised rice introduced below is very suitable for making.

1. Prepare the rice you need half an hour to an hour in advance and wash it clean;

2. Pour water into the washed rice to soak. The recommended amount of water is 1:1.5~2. A more vivid description: for a straight-mouthed container, the amount of water should be twice the height of the rice. For an irregular container, please add water as appropriate.

3. The soaking time is preferably half an hour to an hour. Heat in a microwave-safe container with a lid on high heat for ten minutes (about one serving of rice);

4. When the time is up, take out the rice and sprinkle some water on it (if the rice is very wet at this time, you don’t need to add water);

5. Use chopsticks to toss the rice so that it is evenly heated from top to bottom, which helps the rice become loose and transparent;

6. Cover the lid again and heat in the microwave on high heat for about 3 minutes. Do not take out immediately. Let it sit in the microwave for about 5 minutes before taking it out and eating (the rice cooked in this way is no different from that cooked in a rice cooker).
