How to make mushroom and meat pot stickers

1. Chop the pork hind leg into fine pieces.

2. Chop mushrooms, green onions and ginger into small pieces, add to the minced meat and mix well.

3. Beat an egg, then add cooking wine, pepper, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, and five-spice powder, and beat in one direction until the meat filling is firm.

4. Add appropriate amount of warm water to the flour and knead it into a smooth dough. Let it rest for half an hour and then knead it thoroughly.

5. Roll the dough into long strips.

6. Cut the dough into pieces slightly larger than dumpling pieces.

7. Roll the dough into a thick dough sheet in the middle and thin on both sides.

8. Add the meat filling, pinch it in the middle, leaving openings on both sides, and wrap it into a pot sticker.

9. Put a little oil in the frying pan and put the pot stickers in after the oil is hot.

10. When the bottom of the pot stickers is slightly charred, pour an appropriate amount of water along the edge of the pot, cover the pot and simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
