Borscht, a refreshing summer recipe

5. Add bay leaves, tomato pieces, cabbage stems, chicken bones, and water and cook together. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat for 1 hour

6. Take out the chicken skeleton, cabbage stems, and tomato pieces. After taking these things out, they will still produce a lot of soup. Pour them back into the pot to avoid wasting them.

7. Add celery and cabbage, add the water that was previously boiled, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for another 30-40 minutes.

8. Season with salt and black pepper. It is also delicious to add some Tabasco when eating.
