5. Step 5: Pour the washed grains into the boiled lotus leaf water! Bring to a boil and then simmer over low heat! But be sure to stir it constantly while cooking, otherwise it will stick to the bottom of the pot and get burnt!

6. Cook until the millet and rice are popping like this. The most difficult part to cook is the coix seed! As long as the coix seeds are cooked, the porridge is ready!
