How to make five-grain oatmeal seaweed tuna porridge

1. Prepare the raw materials, wash the whole grain oats and white rice, and soak them in clean water for 10 minutes; (You can also use white rice instead of whole grain oats, you can use whatever ingredients you like).

2.1 When the porridge is 80% cooked, pour in the seaweed and cut it with chopsticks while cooking.

3.2 Add 3-4 times the amount of water to the white rice, put it into a cooking pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and cook (place two chopsticks on the edge of the pot and place the lid on the chopsticks to prevent the rice juice from overflowing).

4. When the porridge is fully cooked, pour in an appropriate amount of tuna meat and mix well with the porridge, then cook for another 10 minutes. Add salt and MSG to taste and turn off the heat (the packaged tuna is from Xiaoxiao’s FB, thank you).
