2. Immediately put the steamed glutinous rice into boiled water and blend it, then remove from the water, drain and let it cool. Stir in 2-3g of koji (I used Angel's) and dried osmanthus

3. Use a small spoon to scoop into the container, press it firmly, poke a hole in the middle, cover it with a lid, and put it into the yogurt maker. Turn on the power and it's done after 36 hours. Store in refrigerator
