7. Add one or two teaspoons of cooking oil to the meat paste to increase the tenderness of the meat, then add an appropriate amount of onion and ginger water, and stir repeatedly in a clockwise direction for about 20 to 30 minutes;

8. Stir repeatedly until the meat paste becomes thick. The longer you stir, the more chewy the ham sausage will taste.

9. Pour the mixed meat paste into the piping bag;

PS: squeeze repeatedly to remove the air from the meat paste. Air may make the surface of the ham sausage not very smooth and have pores. It does not affect the eating quality, but it may not look so beautiful.

10. Cut a piece of heat-resistant plastic wrap or tin foil;

11. Cut a small hole in the piping bag, then squeeze out a strip of meat of appropriate length on the tin foil or plastic wrap, then roll it into a long strip like a ham sausage and tighten the two ends;

12. Plastic wrap version: Use a piping bag to squeeze a long strip of meat paste on the plastic wrap, then use the heat-resistant plastic wrap to roll it one or two times and tighten the two ends; 13. Similarly, roll all the meat paste into ham sausage; 14. Put the ham sausage into the steamer;

15. Steam over medium heat for 15 minutes;
