How to make noodles with tomato and egg

The preparation of the dish of tomatoes and egg noodles is extremely easy and takes very little time. For beginners, it is a simple and easy-to-learn home-cooked dish, so even if you are not a good cook, you can still enjoy the delicious taste.

1. Prepare noodles, eggs, tomatoes and coriander.

2. Cook until cooked through, remove from the water, rinse with cold water, drain and set aside.

3. Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles for a while.

4. Peel the tomatoes and remove the stems. The skin can be rolled into flowers as a garnish for other dishes.

5. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and cut the coriander into two sections.

6. After the oil in the pan is hot, pour in the eggs and stir-fry.

7. Beat the eggs evenly.

8. After the eggs are fried, put them into a bowl and set aside.

9. Add a small amount of vegetable oil to the pan, and when the oil is hot, pour in the diced tomatoes and stir-fry.

10. Stir-fry until the tomatoes release juice, then add salt, light soy sauce and vinegar.

11. Pour in the fried eggs and mix well.

12. Pour the mixed tomato and egg sauce into a bowl and set aside.

13. Add clean water, appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce to the pot, and cook the noodles until they are slightly salty.

14. Serve the noodles, pour the marinade evenly on the noodles, add coriander, and drizzle with sesame oil. A bowl of fragrant tomato and egg noodles is ready.
