How to make coriander and mixed sauce noodles

We have many foodie friends in our lives. If we have good cooking skills, we can enjoy them in our spare time. You can invite good friends to make the coriander-flavored mixed noodles together, which is really enjoyable.

1.1 Chop the onion, ginger, garlic, coriander and coriander roots separately, mix the yellow sauce, sweet noodle sauce, peanut butter and tomato sauce together and stir evenly for later use

2.2 Cut the pork belly into small cubes

3.1 Wash and dry the pan, refill with oil, about 3 times the amount of oil you normally use for cooking, heat the oil over medium heat until it is 70% hot, add the prepared sauce and fry until fragrant

4.2 Put a little oil in the pan, when it is 60% hot, add the diced pork belly and stir-fry until it changes color and then serve

5. Add onion, ginger, garlic, coriander and cilantro roots

6. Stir-fry briefly, add diced pork belly, and pour cooking wine along the edge of the pot.

7. Simmer for 15 minutes on low heat to make the flavorful stew.

8. Pour 2/3 of water into the pot, add two drops of cooking oil after it boils, put the fresh hand-kneaded noodles in and cook until the water boils again, then pour in a little cold water. Repeat twice and then turn off the heat.

9. Cool the cooked noodles in cold water and pour them into a bowl. Pour the prepared sauce on top.
