1. Fried Pork with Lotus Root

Ingredients: 300 grams of lotus root, 150 grams of pork tenderloin, 40 grams of dried mushrooms, 30 grams of red pepper, 5 grams of green onion, 10 grams of rice wine, 2 grams of vinegar, 10 grams of corn starch, 8 grams of soy sauce, and 30 grams of vegetable oil.

2. Lotus root slices fried with meat

Ingredients: one piece of lotus root, 400g pork, oyster sauce, pepper, light soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, cooking wine, cooking wine, chicken essence, oil, sesame oil, onion and garlic.
