10. After freezing the shaped dough for one hour, take it out and cut it into cookie pieces about 0.6 cm thick.

11. Place the cut cookies on the baking tray, paying attention to the distance between each piece. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees and bake for 20-30 minutes, until the surface is browned.
