Snail Chicken Soup Recipe

Snail Chicken Soup Recipe

Those who often go to food stalls in the summer should know that there are not only crayfish but also snails. Moreover, the ways of eating snails and crayfish are similar, both of which are stir-fried with chili peppers, but people in some areas like to use snails to make soup. And they often stew snails and chicken together, which can have a good nourishing effect on the human body. So what are the methods of making snail chicken soup?

1. Method 1

Ingredients: chicken, snails, spring bamboo shoots, celery, lettuce, carrots.

practice:

1. After buying the snails, keep them in water for two days to allow them to spit out all the mud and sand (adding two drops of oil to the water will make them spit out faster). Brush them clean before cooking, and then use pliers to cut off the tails.

2. Boil the spring bamboo shoots in light salt water to remove the astringency.

3. First, stir-fry the onion, ginger, chili, and garlic. Then put the chicken pieces into the oil pan and stir-fry. Then add the snails and stir-fry together (it is best to stir-fry them separately). Add cooking wine, soy sauce, star anise, five-spice powder, chili powder, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, and a small bowl of water and bring to a boil over high heat. In order to make them taste better, you can move them to a pressure cooker and press them for 10 minutes.

4. Add in the vegetables, stir well and cook for about 7 minutes. When the soup is slightly reduced, put it into the porcelain pot.

2. Method 2

Ingredients: snails, Guangxi native chicken, Astragalus membranaceus, wolfberry, Codonopsis pilosula.

practice:

1. First clean the snails, brush them clean, and cut off the tails.

2. Chop the chicken into pieces, throw the chicken, snails and other ingredients into a pot of boiling water (you can use an induction cooker), and cook for 40 minutes. With salt. Just turn off the engine. A pot of fragrant snail and chicken stew is ready.

3. Method 3

1. After the snails have spit out all the mud and sand in water for three days, use pliers to remove the snail buttocks and scrub them clean with a brush.

2. Heat the oil in a pan and pour the chicken in. Crush the ginger and stir-fry together. Add cooking wine and salt and stir-fry for two minutes. Pour into a casserole and add snails and 3. Add appropriate amount of water to boil all the ingredients. Add wolfberry in the last half hour. The taste of the chicken will be much richer if it is fried before making soup.

4. After boiling over high heat, switch to low heat and simmer for two hours. Ten minutes after turning off the heat, open the lid and add salt and MSG to taste.
