3.2 After one hour, heat the wok, turn to medium heat, add the peppercorns and dried chilies and fry slowly until they change color, then add the Pixian bean paste and sugar and stir-fry evenly.

4. When the beef brisket is almost cooked, start cooking the udon, then pour the soup over the cooked udon
