1. Make the puff pastry dough.

2. Put 100g raisins and 200ml water into the pot, bring to a boil, and continue to cook over low heat for 5 minutes

3. Dissolve 12 grams of corn starch in 40 ml of water, pour into the cooked raisin liquid, continue to cook over low heat and stir constantly until it becomes viscous.

4. Turn off the heat and add 90 grams of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 10ML of lemon juice and 10 grams of butter to the cooked raisins. Stir until butter is completely melted and sugar is completely dissolved. Let cool.

5. Roll the puff pastry dough into a thickness of about 0.25 cm, cut it into rectangles, and use a fork to evenly poke some small holes on one of the pieces to prevent the dough from bulging during baking.

6. Fill the center of the dough with 1/4 of the raisin filling. Be sure to leave about 1.5cm of space around the dough. Brush a layer of egg wash around the dough.

7. Cover with another layer of dough and press lightly around the dough with your hands to make the two layers of dough stick together.

8. Brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the dough.

9. Use a thin and sharp blade to make three oblique cuts on the dough, cutting through the dough and reaching the filling, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and relax for 15 minutes.

10. Put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes until the surface is slightly golden.
