How to make pasta snacks

Since noodles are so popular, isn’t it a pity that they can only be eaten outside? Some greedy people want to make them at home and eat them whenever they want. Let’s take a look at how to make delicious noodles.

Shaanxi noodle. Place flour and starch in a small bowl;

2. Pour in clean water and stir it into a thin batter. Stir with a spoon to prevent the flour from forming lumps. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the flour to completely absorb water and then stir again. The small lumps in the batter will basically disappear. It can be used after filtering.

3. Take an 8-inch pizza plate, or a stainless steel plate. Apply a thin layer of oil on the plate, pour 2 spoons of batter into the plate, and turn the plate to evenly cover the plate with a layer of batter. (The amount of batter determines the thickness of the crust)

4. Put water in the pot and boil it, put a plate in it (the bottom of the plate is in direct contact with the water, be careful not to get water into the plate, there should be a little distance between the edge of the plate and the pot, so that the steam in the pot can come up), cover the pot and steam over high heat for 1-2 minutes, and take it out when the batter in the plate solidifies and bulges (you can prepare 2 plates and steam them alternately to save time and gas);

5. It is very hot to peel off the dough directly from the plate taken out of the pot. You can put it in cold water to cool it down (do not let the bottom of the plate touch the water to prevent the dough from getting wet), or you can put it under the water pipe to rinse it directly. The dough will be very easy to take out. For steamed plates, you only need to apply oil to the first one. As long as there is no water on the plate or the plate is dry, you don’t need to apply oil again. If you use the flushing method to remove the dough, you don’t need to apply oil in the future, but you need to rinse it next time.

6. Put the taken out dough on a cutting board or plate, brush a layer of oil on it with a brush and put one more piece on it so that the dough will not stick together when stacked.

7. After all the dough is done, cut it into wide strips;

Put the cut dough into a bowl, add shredded lettuce (you can also put shredded cucumber, carrot, etc. according to your preference), chili oil, minced garlic (add 2 teaspoons of water to the minced garlic and stir), salt, vinegar, sesame oil, pepper oil, sesame paste (use warm water to make a thin paste), and your favorite seasoning, mix well and you can eat.
