1.Pour water into the pot and add noodles after the water boils. After the water boils again for two or three minutes, take out the noodles and rinse them with cold water. Then take out the noodles and set aside.

2.1 Chop the green onion and dice the pork tenderloin. Add oil to the pan and stir-fry the diced pork. Set aside.

3.2 Set aside Xinhe June fragrant bean paste, cucumber, carrot and pork tenderloin. Cut carrots and cucumbers into thin strips and place on a plate

4. Heat oil in a wok, sauté chopped green onions, add the fermented bean paste, quickly stir-fry until the fermented bean paste changes color slightly and becomes fragrant. Turn off the heat.

5. Mix the noodles with the sauce. Pour the sauce into a bowl and set aside. Put the noodles in a dish and pour the sauce on top. Mix well when eating.
