Knead it into a ball, cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for two or three minutes. Then divide it into 5 equal balls, cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for later use! This step can be done in advance when the dough returns to temperature so it won’t be rushed!

7. Take a dough and flatten it with your hands! If it's sticky, apply a little corn oil!

8. Wrap it with coconut filling!

9. Close the mouth! Just push it up like this! Finally, pinch the opening tightly to prevent the filling from leaking out during the second serving!

10. Wrap five doughs one by one! Close the mouth downwards! Put it in the oven, don’t turn on the oven, put a bowl of hot water in it, and close the oven door for a second batch!

11. When the dough is about 1.5 times larger than before, take it out, brush it with water and sprinkle with coconut flakes! Meanwhile preheat the oven!

12. Put it in the oven and bake! Don’t burn it, please cover it with tin foil in time! 130 degrees and 20 minutes! My oven is about 50 degrees high! Actually it is about 180 degrees!
