Steamed Eggplant with Salad

1. Ingredients: 3 eggplants (purple skin, long) 1. Some shallots 2. Some sesame oil 3. Some soy sauce 4. Some salt 5. Some sugar

2. Remove the stems of the eggplants, wash them, put them into the steamer, and steam them for about 10 minutes. (Steaming the eggplant whole can prevent it from absorbing excess water. It is cooked when it can be easily pierced with chopsticks.)

3. Let the steamed eggplant cool down, tear it into long strips and place it on a plate

4. Add chopped green onion, sesame oil, salad soy sauce, salt and sugar and mix well. (The red ones are wolfberries, for decoration. You can replace them with red peppers if you like spicy food)

Chopped Pepper Enoki Mushrooms

300g enoki mushrooms 2 tbsp chopped pepper 2 chives 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp steamed fish soy sauce

1. Remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms, wash them and drain the water

2. Place the cleaned enoki mushrooms on a plate, add chopped peppers, and steam for three minutes after boiling.

3. After steaming, pour out the remaining water in the dish, sprinkle with chopped green onions and drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce.

4. Pour the hot vegetable oil on top.

Steamed cod with mushrooms

1 cod fish 2 dried mushrooms 2 shallots 3 slices ginger 1 teaspoon cooking wine 1 tablespoon steamed fish soy sauce

1. Soak the mushrooms, wash and cut into slices; cut the green onions into sections and the ginger into shreds.

2. Place the scallions and ginger on the steaming plate, then place the cleaned cod pieces on top of the scallions and ginger.

3. Place mushrooms on cod, add cooking wine and steamed fish soy sauce

4. Gently shake the plate to spread the sauce evenly on the ingredients.

5. Boil water in a steamer, put the cod in and steam for 10 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onions when ready to serve

Glutinous Rice Spare Ribs with Zongzi

200g glutinous rice 300g pork ribs 2 chives 1/2 tsp five-spice powder 1/2 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp cooking wine 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil 1/2 tsp salt

1. Buy small ribs and ask the store to chop them. Wash them at home, drain the water, and marinate them for half a day with salt, vegetable oil, five-spice powder, onion, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce and cooking wine.

2. Soak the glutinous rice in advance and cover the cage with reed leaves.

3. Wrap each piece of ribs in glutinous rice

4. Place in a steamer and steam over high heat. After the water boils, turn to medium heat and steam for 40 minutes. Add chives when out of the pot.
