How to make Italian pasta with green sauce

4.1 Add a small amount of olive oil to the frying pan, add the straw mushrooms cut in half and stir-fry until the color becomes darker.

5.2 Boil a pot of water, add 1 teaspoon of salt, cook the pasta according to the time on the package, then drain and set aside.

6. Add 2 tablespoons of green sauce and continue to stir-fry. If the sauce feels dry, add a little water and cook for 1-2 minutes.

7. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and stir-fry quickly until it becomes shredded. Of course you can also add cheese powder.

8. Add the pasta and stir-fry quickly until evenly mixed. Sprinkle with the remaining pine nuts and chopped basil, stir-fry evenly, and serve.
