How to make Shanghai noodles

1. Prepare the materials.

2. Wash the eggs, put them in a pot and cook until done, peel them and cut them into two pieces for later use.

3. Wash the vegetables and cut them into two. Add salt and vegetable oil to the boiling water in a pot, put in the vegetables and blanch them, then remove and drain.

4. Set aside the processed vegetables and noodles.

5. Wash the pork chops and loosen them with the back of a knife.

6. Add salt, cooking wine and starch to the ribs and mix well to marinate.

7. Pour a little oil into the pan, put in the chops and fry until slightly yellow.

8. Add cooking wine, scallions, bean paste, sweet noodle sauce and water.

9. Add green onions, dark soy sauce and sugar and cook for about 15 minutes.

10. Finally, pour vinegar on it and stir-fry evenly.

11. Put the noodles into the boiling water, bring to a boil, then remove from the water and rinse in cold water.

12. Pour the pork chop sauce into the noodles, mix well, and add the toppings.
