How to make hand-kneaded noodles

Do you always eat instant noodles whenever you are alone at home? Don’t you feel like you’re mistreating yourself with this kind of food? Life is short, so make sure you treat yourself well every day. So, please learn how to make hand-kneaded noodles with me now.

1. Let the dough rest for 1 hour. (Put in refrigerator when room temperature is high)

2.12 Prepare the meat, onions, mushrooms and kidney beans as shown in the picture. Dilute the soybean paste with 300ml of water and set aside.

3.21 Stir-fry chopped green onions in oil until fragrant.

7.21 Use the dough that has been proofed to make noodles. My rolling pin is small, so I divide it into 4 small pieces.

8. First roll it into 2mm large pieces.

9. Add some flour, fold it, and cut it into noodles with a knife.

10. The width can be cut according to your preference.

11. Cut everything and set aside.

12. Use a large pot to boil half of the water, shake off the flour stuck on the noodles, and put the noodles into the pot to cook. After the water boils, add 200ml of cold water and bring to a boil again. Generally, the noodles will be ready after adding it three times.

13. Rinse with cold water after serving.

14. Serve in bowls according to the number of people, pour the prepared pickles on top and sprinkle with coriander.
