1. Put the pearls in a pot and cook. Add more water.

2. Stir it from time to time. Cook on medium heat at 150℃ for 15 minutes

3. After 15 minutes, turn off the heat and cover the lid for 15 minutes

4. After the pearls are soaked, wash them. Rinse them with water and rub them vigorously like washing clothes.

5. Rub the pearls hard until the surface is no longer sticky. Take them out, filter out the water, and add some fructose to soak the pearls.
