How to make mushroom and diced pork egg noodles

A beautiful and fulfilling childhood will inevitably affect a person's life, which has a promoting effect. In order to solve this problem, I will now teach you how to make egg noodles with shiitake mushrooms, diced pork and egg noodles.

1. Mix the noodle ingredients and knead into a smooth dough.

2. Cover with damp cloth and sugar for 30 minutes.

3. While the sugar dough is cooking, prepare the sauce. Dice the mushrooms.

4. Chop the meat into small cubes, add a little salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

5. Put 15 ml of oil in a wok, heat it to 50% hot, then add the diced meat and stir-fry.

6. Stir-fry until the diced meat changes color, then add cooking wine and bean paste and stir well.

7. Add sweet noodle sauce, pepper powder and Sichuan pepper powder and stir well.

8. Add diced mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

9. Add 1 small bowl of water and cook until the soup thickens, then set aside.

10. Roll the sugared dough into thin skins and cut into noodles.

11.Cook the noodles. I usually cook it twice: first blanch it in water, then boil it again until cooked through.

12. While the noodles are cooking, cut the cucumber into shreds.

13. Pour the sauce on the noodles and top with cucumber shreds. You’re done!
