1. Refreshing and appetizing low-calorie sandwiches

Ingredients: 4 slices of toast, 1 tomato, appropriate amount of slices, appropriate amount of lettuce, 1 egg, appropriate amount of chicken breast, appropriate amount of sweet potato puree (optional)

1. Since the lettuce and tomatoes are all grown at home, although there is no concern about pesticides, they still need to be washed with running water, and the tomatoes should be washed as well. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces (not dices) and blanch them. After blanching, chill them slightly with ice water.

2. I originally wanted to boil the eggs, but I was afraid that they would be too thick and difficult to fry. So I first spread butter on the pan, then beat the eggs and fry them into loose eggs. In addition, if you have sweet potatoes at home, you can steam them and mash them into puree. Since there is no mayonnaise, you can spread a layer of sweet potato puree on the lettuce and tomatoes. 2. Low-calorie chocolate cheesecake

Ingredients: 120g cake flour, 60g self-raising flour, 45g cocoa powder, 3 teaspoons or 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 200g sugar-free cheese, 180g milk, 60g unsalted butter, 2 eggs, and appropriate amount of powdered sugar for decoration (optional).

1 Whip the melted butter and sugar (at room temperature), add eggs, milk and cheese and mix well

2. Mix all the powders evenly and sift them 3 times, then add the powders into the paste and mix well.

3Pour into a baking pan lined with aluminium foil (or baking paper). Preheat oven to 170 degrees (about 10 minutes)

4 Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes (please adjust according to the size of the oven, etc.) After baking, leave it in the oven for about 5 minutes before taking it out and sprinkling powdered sugar on the surface for decoration

3. Low-calorie almond slices

Ingredients: 40g olive oil, 3 egg whites, 60g powdered sugar, 30g low-gluten flour, 180g almond slices

1Prepare the necessary materials and weigh them.

2 Add egg whites to powdered sugar and mix gently.

3 Pour in cold-pressed organic olive oil and mix well.

4Sieve the low-gluten flour and add it in, stirring evenly.

5 Add the almond slices and stir gently.

6 Line a baking tray with a non-stick baking cloth, place the almond slices on top and spread them out with a fork, making sure that each almond slice does not overlap.

7 Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes. (Each oven has a different temperature adjustment, so you can adjust it according to the actual conditions of your oven)

8 Crispy and thin low-calorie and low-fat almond slices are out of the oven.
