So what are some dietary recipes for constipation?

1. Seaweed sesame rice.

Cut 100 grams of roasted seaweed into thin strips. Crush 120 grams of black sesame seeds and 120 grams of white sesame seeds with a rolling pin. Mix these three ingredients together and store in a bottle. Scoop one or two spoonfuls and mix it with rice at each meal. Teacher Fukuzawa explained that seaweed is rich in nutrients such as carotene, calcium, potassium, iron, etc., which can promote gastrointestinal motility; sesame contains a large amount of amino acids, dietary fiber and minerals, which can promote defecation.

2. Mix cabbage with vinegar.

The method is: add a little salt to 500 grams of cabbage and blanch it in boiling water. After the blanched vegetables have cooled, squeeze out the water, cut into pieces, then mix a cup of vinegar, 1/2 cup of broth, two spoons of wine, and 1/2 spoon of salt and boil to make the soup.

After the soup has cooled, pour it into a sealed bottle together with the cabbage and store it for one day before consumption. Cabbage is rich in various vitamins and dietary fiber, which can enhance gastrointestinal motility.

3. Pickled lotus root in vinegar.

Blanch the lotus root, add appropriate amount of sugar, salt, vinegar and sesame oil according to personal taste and mix well. Store the mixed lotus root in a sealed bottle and take out some every day as a side dish at meals. Teacher Fukuzawa said that lotus root can clear intestinal dirt, prevent stool hardening, stimulate the intestinal wall, and prevent constipation.

4. Blanch the kelp beans in oil.

Cut 300 grams of kelp into shreds and blanch them in boiling water. Boil 100 grams of soybeans in water, let the kelp and soybeans cool, drain the water, then add salt, soy sauce, MSG and chopped green onions and mix well. Kelp is rich in dietary fiber, which can promote intestinal peristalsis and increase bowel movements; the unsaturated fatty acids in soybeans can promote bowel movements, and the rich dietary fiber can absorb water in the intestines and increase bowel movements.

The above dishes, especially the cabbage mixed with vinegar and the lotus root pickled in vinegar, can be eaten for a long time after being made once, so they are very popular. Nori and kelp are both dried goods that are commonly available in Japanese households and are ingredients that are readily available. Compared to recipes that require elaborate preparation, these ordinary things that can be easily made will allow people to stick to them in the long run and achieve good results.
