How to make Japanese teriyaki tofu

1. Ingredients

2. Wash the tofu and cut it into triangle slices of appropriate thickness. Set aside

3. Slice the red bell pepper and wash the green beans for later use

4. Chop the green onion and ginger and set aside

5. Prepare teriyaki sauce: 30ml oyster sauce, 10ml sesame oil, 30ml soy sauce, 5ml honey, 10ml water, a little black pepper, mix well and set aside

6. Preheat the wok over medium heat and add appropriate amount of oil.

7. When the oil is hot, add the tofu

8. Turn to medium-low heat and fry until both sides are golden brown. Remove from the heat and set aside.

9. Turn to low heat, use the remaining oil in the pan to stir-fry the scallions and ginger

10. Add green beans and red bell pepper, turn to medium heat and stir-fry until cooked.

11. Add tofu and stir fry evenly

12. Add the prepared teriyaki sauce, stir fry until it is tasty, add water starch, and thicken it with a thin starch.

13. Remove from the pan and serve
