3: Add the duck meat. soy sauce. Cooking wine. granulated sugar. Allspice. Add a little water. Cook until the duck is cooked through and remove from heat.

4: Blanch the rice noodles, add bone broth and duck meat.

Just to make delicious duck meat, three procedures are required. After boiling the duck meat in water, it is put into a pot and braised with 12 kinds of ingredients for at least half a day. The duck meat is braised into a caramel color, and you can tell that it is very tasty just by looking at the appearance. After braising, it needs to be smoked to infuse aroma and flavor.
