Easy braised noodles recipe

Nowadays, many people work and live alone outside. They want to learn how to cook, but they just can’t do it well. In order to solve this problem, I will now teach you how to make simple braised noodles.

1. You can buy fresh wet noodles pressed by machines in the market, mix them with vegetable oil, make sure there is some oil on the noodles, spread them in a steamer with gauze pad and steam for 20 minutes

2. Prepare the stewed vegetables. Cut the meat and radish into shreds. Soak the lean meat in vegetable oil, salt and soy sauce for 15 minutes.

5. The noodles are steamed. Take it out and shake it loose, mix it with the braised vegetables directly in the wok, wait for the noodles to absorb all the juice, and then steam the noodles and vegetables in the steamer for 15 minutes.

6. Sprinkle a few drops of sesame oil and you can start eating
