List of positive foods

We all know that foods are mutually reinforcing and counteracting. There are positive foods and there are cold foods. The selection of these foods should be based on our physical condition. Yang foods are mainly foods that are more likely to cause inflamed hearts, such as leeks, garlic, etc., and most meats are also yang.
