Method 1

1. When eating chili peppers, you need to prepare 50 grams of coarse chili powder, two cloves of garlic, a small piece of ginger, an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, and also some appropriate amounts of table salt, white sugar, and cooking oil.

2. Fry the prepared white sesame seeds in a wok, take them out and put them in a bowl. Peel the garlic and chop it into minced garlic. Wash the ginger and chop it into minced ginger. Put it directly into a large bowl, mix it with sesame seeds, and then add the prepared coarse chili powder.

3. Finally, add the prepared salt and sugar to the chili powder, mix them evenly with a spoon, then put the wok on the fire, heat it, add the prepared cooking oil, heat the oil at high temperature and pour it directly on the chili powder, and quickly mix it evenly with chopsticks. At this time, you can smell the rich aroma, and after it cools down, the chili oil will be ready.

1. When making chili oil, you need to prepare 150 grams of corn oil, 50 grams of chili powder, 20 grams of sugar, and 15 grams of table salt.

2. Put the prepared chili powder, white sesame seeds and sugar in a bowl, mix them evenly with chopsticks, then heat the wok and add the prepared corn oil. Be sure to pay attention to the temperature of the oil not being too high, otherwise the chili powder will easily become mushy. After heating the oil, pour it directly on the chili powder, then mix the chili powder and white sesame seeds evenly.
