How to make egg dumplings

Winter is coming, and egg dumplings are very suitable for use in this season. They are extremely nutritious and healthy. Fresh ingredients must be prepared. The production process is very simple and easy to operate, but the amount of ingredients must be controlled, not too much or too little. Add water from the mouth, because the soup is the most tempting.

1. Chop the lean meat into foam and prepare two eggs.

2. Add cornstarch, salt, cooking wine and pepper to the meat paste and mix well.

3. Beat the eggs into a bowl and mix well.

4. Turn the stove to the lowest setting

5. Take a large soup ladle, brush it with oil and heat it on the fire.

6. Add appropriate amount of egg liquid

7. Turn the spoon to evenly spread the egg liquid over the spoon.

8. Take a spoonful of meat paste and put it in the middle of the egg skin

9. Roll the other side over and an egg dumpling is ready.

10. The finished egg dumplings look so good.

11. Put the egg dumplings on a plate, put it in the steamer, and steam it for 10 minutes!

12. These are steamed egg dumplings.

13. Heat the oil in the pan until it is 80% hot, add the previously cut peppers and fry them.

14. Pour in water starch

15. Fry until the water starch becomes transparent

16. Pour the mixture over the egg dumplings and sprinkle with chopped green onions!

For the sake of health, it is recommended to cook at home. Egg dumplings are easy to make and taste as good as many expensive ingredients.
