What to eat when you have diarrhea

Diarrhea recipe recommendation

Rock Sugar Yam Soup

1. Wash the yam, peel it, cut it into small pieces, and cut the hawthorn cake into small diamond-shaped pieces for later use.

2. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, add the yam pieces after boiling, and when the yam is half cooked, add rock sugar and cook until the yam is soft and the sugar juice is thick, sprinkle in the hawthorn cake slices and mix well, then it is ready to eat.

Lotus Seed and Tripe Soup

1. Slice the pork belly; add appropriate amount of water to the lotus seeds and steam them until crispy.

2. Put the pig's stomach into the pot, add water, ginger slices, and Shaoxing wine, boil it on high heat, and skim off the foam.
