1. I bought three pounds of raw beef.

2. Soak the beef in water for half an hour until the blood water comes out. How many times should I change the water?

3. Prepare the ingredients for cooking meat: pepper, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, fennel, cloves, ginger slices, dried chili peppers

4. Put all the meat ingredients and beef into the pot and cook on low heat for one hour. (You can also use a pressure cooker for 15 minutes)

5. Take out the cooked beef and let it cool

6. Tear it into shreds by hand and pick out the fascia part. This project was huge and it took me several hours to tear three pounds of beef.

7. Put the shredded meat into a fresh-keeping bag, roll it repeatedly with a rolling pin, and then tear it loose appropriately.

8. Put some oil in the pan and fry the shredded beef.

9. When the mixture is almost dry, add salt, sugar and premium soy sauce

10. Continue to stir-fry until the meat is almost dry.

11. Because the beef is very tough and feels hard after frying, I put it into the mincing cup of the food processor and stir it with the mincing function, so that the shredded meat is stirred more fluffy

12. Just stir-fry for a while. The meat floss I made myself is full of the aroma of beef. It’s not like the ones you buy, you can’t taste the beef flavor.
