2: Just flatten a small piece of glutinous rice dough, try to make it as thin as possible, add the stuffing, wrap it up and flatten it.

3: Put oil in the pan, put the dough in and fry on low heat until both sides are golden brown and cooked through.

Yellow glutinous rice cake production steps:

1. Dissolve the yeast in 100g of water, add it little by little to the yellow rice flour, and mix evenly with chopsticks;

2. Add the remaining water little by little and mix with chopsticks until the yellow rice flour is fully bonded;

3. Knead the yellow rice flour by hand, flatten it, put it into a steamer filled with warm water, and ferment it for 1-2 hours;

4. Add a little alkali to the fermented yellow rice flour to neutralize the acidity and knead evenly;

5. Take 50g of yellow rice flour, roll it into a round shape with your hands, press it into a round piece with your palm, put in 30g of bean paste, hold it with your left hand, push it with your right hand until it closes, and use both hands to pat the dough into a round cake;

6. Heat the oil in the pan to 60%, turn to low heat, put in the yellow rice flour cakes, fry until both sides are golden brown, add a little water, cover the pot, and serve when the water is almost dry.
