12. Place the shaped dough into a baking tray and cover with plastic wrap for the second fermentation.

13. Allow the dough to rise for the second time until it is twice as large. Brush the surface with egg wash. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes, then bake the dough for 20 minutes. Cover with tin foil after coloring.
