How to make egg tarts in ten minutes

Although you don't have to wash vegetables, cook, or wash dishes when eating out, the food in restaurants outside is not necessarily sourced from regular sources and sometimes you might end up eating something wrong. For the sake of your health, it is better to cook at home. The ten-minute egg tart method is easy and you can master it with a little thought.

1. Separate the egg yolk

2. It’s no big deal if a little egg white can’t be separated.

3. Add milk, whipping cream, sugar, and low-gluten flour, and mix well with a whisk.

4. Peel off the egg tart crusts one by one and place them on the baking tray.

5. Sieve the egg tart liquid and pour it into the egg tart crust. Preheat the oven to 220℃, bake for about 20 minutes.

6. Bake until it is as shown in the picture, move to the upper layer and color it for two minutes.

7. The hot egg tarts are out of the oven~
