11. After proofing, take it out, turn it 90 degrees, crease it vertically, stretch it out, fold it three times, and put it in the refrigerator to proof for 25 minutes.

After 12.25 minutes, repeat step 11, fold it into three parts, wrap it with plastic wrap, and refrigerate it overnight.

13. Soak the dried cranberries in red wine.

14.Cut the Danish dough into equal portions and set aside.

15. Roll the dough into a 0.5cm thick slice. Sprinkle appropriate amount of flour on the dough and the chopping board while rolling to prevent the dough from sticking, breaking, and the butter from leaking.

16. After rolling, use a brush to brush away excess flour.

17. Brush a little egg yolk liquid on the dough, soak the softened cranberries, drain the red wine, and spread them on the dough.

18. Roll it into a roll and brush the sealing part with egg yolk liquid.

19. Cut into thick slices and let it rise again at 30 degrees with some humidity until it doubles in size. You can put a bowl of boiling water in the oven to create a proofing effect. After it has risen, brush the outside with egg wash and place it on a baking tray lined with tin foil and brushed with oil.

20. In an oven without temperature settings, bake for 5 minutes first, then take out and bake for another 5 minutes after it cools down a little. If you are still not satisfied, bake for another 2 minutes. Bake at 200 degrees for 12 minutes.
