Material:

30 grams of Houttuynia cordata, 250 grams of pig lung, and 1/4 of a monk fruit.

practice:

1. Wash the Houttuynia cordata first, rinse the pig lungs and cut them into pieces. (If you find the pig lungs difficult to clean, you can wash them several times with clean water, then put them in a pot with boiling water, turn them over frequently, take them out before the water boils, and then remove the dirt on both sides of the lungs.) 1. Peel and core the pear, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
