13. Use the mold containing the mooncake dough to gently press out the mooncake shape on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.

14. Make all the mooncakes one by one. Lightly spray the mooncakes with water. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, middle layer, upper and lower fire, take out after five minutes.

15. Brush the mooncakes with egg liquid and put them in the oven again. Turn to 170 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
