How to make traditional braised pork and taro cake

6. Add the rice flour, sweet potato flour and seasoning B in material A to the taro shreds in step 1 and mix well.

7. Heat the water in the steamer, put a clean gauze on it, spread the taro paste from step 6 on the gauze until it is about 80% full, then spread a layer of braised pork from step 3, and sprinkle some rice flour water to increase the viscosity. Cover the pot and steam over medium heat for about 50 minutes until cooked.

8. Take out the taro cake, cut it into pieces, put it on a plate, and finally pour the sauce in step 5 on it.
