How to make pickled fish

Do you know the dish of pickled fish? This is the secret for many people to maintain youthful skin. It is actually not complicated to make this dish. After heating the oil, add chopped green onion and stir-fry the ingredients. You can add bean paste according to personal taste and simmer for a few minutes. The marinating process should not be too long, otherwise it will affect the taste and destroy the aroma of the food.

1. Wash and drain the fresh fish you bought.

2. Cut the pork belly into thin slices, dice the green and red peppers, cut the dried chili peppers into sections, cut the pickled peppers into sections, and cut the ginger into small pieces for later use.

3. Chop the fish into two halves with a knife

4. After chopping the fish bubbles, add water to the pot and pour the fish bubbles into the pot. Add a few peppercorns and appropriate amounts of ginger slices, cooking wine and a little salt to blanch them to remove the fishy smell.

5. When the fish is half cooked, take it out and wash it again. Discard the ginger slices and peppercorns that have been blanched in water, and drain the fish for later use.

6. Pour a little oil into the pan and fry the fat in the pork belly over low heat until golden brown.

7. Put sauerkraut, ginger slices, pickled peppers, and a little bit of fermented soybeans into the pot and stir-fry over low heat for about two minutes.

8. Turn the heat to medium, pour the fish into the pot, fry for about two minutes, add a little sugar, a little cooking wine, a little water and boil for one minute

9. Add the diced green and red peppers and stir-fry. When there is a little soup left, add a little MSG and a little water starch, stir-fry for a few times, and drizzle with a little sesame oil before serving.
