8. Add softened gelatin sheets to milk and dissolve in water.

9. Mix matcha powder with water and stir evenly, add it to milk and stir evenly, pour it into the whipped milk and stir thoroughly.

10. Take out the refrigerated mousse.

11. Place another layer of slightly smaller cake pieces, pour in the matcha mousse filling, gently shake out the bubbles and put it back in the refrigerator for more than four hours.

12. After refrigeration, remove from the mold.
